James Filyaw

James brings over 26 years of construction experience with his career beginning with Batson-Cook as a carpenter’s helper and working his way to becoming a field engineer, foreman, assistant superintendent, superintendent, company safety trainer, and to where he is today as the Dallas Area Regional Safety Manager. Through these positions, he gained a deep understanding of each role and its importance, as well as a deep respect for the roles they play on a team.
