UNT Health College of Nursing

The renovation of the Medical Education & Training (MET) Building creates a modern, purpose-driven space for the UNT Health College of Nursing on the Fort Worth campus. This 10,500-square-foot project establishes a dedicated Nursing School Dean’s Suite and academic hub designed to support collaboration, innovation, and student success.

The suite features private offices, open workstations, and flexible meeting spaces that foster connection and productivity. Hybrid classrooms and a virtual teaching room integrate advanced technology to support immersive, flexible learning, while a clinical simulation center provides hands-on training in realistic healthcare scenarios. Designed with a “healing environment” approach, the space incorporates natural light and calming elements to create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances both learning and well-being.
