The project includes approximately 3,800 square feet of demolition of the existing pool area, making way for a new cabana and updated restrooms. Spanning over an estimated one-plus acres of landscaped and hardscaped space, the redesign will introduce a brand-new poolscape and outdoor lounge, complete with multiple TVs, bar seating, and poolside dining. The centerpiece will be a resort-style pool featuring private cabanas, complemented by a unique “secret garden” and a new private outdoor event space. Enhancing the overall experience, the area will also incorporate state-of-the-art outdoor audio/visual technology for entertainment and events.
