This multi-location program encompassed several high-rise apartment towers across major U.S. cities, including Austin, Dallas, and Houston.

 

While the towers vary in size, most rise 23 stories and contain approximately 320 units, totaling around 340,000 square feet. Each development includes about 6,000 square feet of street-level retail space, along with premium amenities such as rooftop pools, a residents’ gym, and other shared public spaces.

 

The towers also feature either freestanding or attached multi-level parking decks and were constructed on highly accelerated schedules using LEAN Construction techniques.

 

The program earned significant industry recognition, including the Construction Management Association of America’s 2013 Best New Construction ($30–50 Million) award, the Associated General Contractors’ 2013 Build Georgia First Place award, and Engineering News-Record Southeast’s 2013 Best Project in the Residential/Hospitality category.
